Sponsorships in NOR Games function like sponsorships in the esports and professional sports worlds. This means they can work alongside or independently of Stream Advertising. Citizens are able to purchase rights to Sponsor an Athlete’s or Team’s uniforms, as well as whole Tournaments and even Stadiums. These sponsorships will be seasonal, with lengths set by the Game Developers and studios.
There will be a limited number of Sponsorship placements and opportunities associated with each Game. Sponsorships, like ads, will only be visible during Broadcast Streams and are never to be seen by Athletes during Play. A percentage of the Sponsorship purchase also goes into FATE Holdings.
